Section 3 - Fulfillment Boundaries & Shipping Frameworks

To support fulfillment tracking integrity, transactional delivery services are exclusively restricted to valid physical delivery destinations located within the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states). We do not coordinate, support, or authorize delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO military bases, or international jurisdictions at this time. 

All eligible standard orders follow a designated 1-to-2 business days processing window, with a daily order cutoff time established at 5:00 PM (EST), Monday through Friday. Pursuant to standard commercial compliance frameworks, final transactional delivery validation remains anchored exclusively to official domestic carrier data logs. Carrier-logged delivery verification constitutes contractual fulfillment of our service obligations.

Section 4 - Financial Timelines & Refund Processing

Approved order cancellations (managed within our standard 2-hour post-purchase grace period) or verified return refunds are executed systematically under standard financial processing timelines. Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within a standard processing window of 5 to 7 business days for your financial institution to post the transaction to your account statements. We do not support alternative refund routing destinations to prevent financial processing risks.

Section 5 - Governing Law & Venue

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Montana and applicable United States federal frameworks, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal inquiry, compliance correspondence, or dispute resolution arising from these terms shall be submitted exclusively to the competent jurisdictions corresponding to our domestic correspondence office below.
